Commercial Roof Installation
Commercial Roof Installation in Texas
Installing a roof on a new commercial building, or on an addition or other structure that needs one, means working around everything else that goes on the roof. Rooftop units, curbs, drains and pipe penetrations need to be located before the roof goes down so each one can be flashed properly into the system.
For low-slope roofs we install TPO, modified bitumen and built-up systems. Where the roof has more pitch, standing seam and R-panel metal are the usual options. The right one depends on the building and the budget.
Edges, curbs and penetrations are where a new roof is most likely to leak if they're rushed, so that detail work gets as much attention as the field of the roof.
