TPO Roofing
TPO Roofing in Texas
TPO is a single-ply roofing membrane, usually white, that comes in wide rolls and covers a low-slope commercial roof in a few large sheets. The sheets are laid over insulation board, fastened or adhered in place, and joined by heating the overlapping edges so they fuse together.
Because the seams are welded, a TPO repair usually means welding a patch of new membrane over the damage, as long as the existing membrane is still clean and sound enough to take a weld. Punctures from foot traffic and dropped tools, seams that were never fully welded, and flashing pulled loose at curbs and roof edges are common problems.
We repair, replace, install and inspect TPO roofs. On an inspection we also look at drainage, since water that sits on a low-slope roof puts extra strain on the seams and flashing.
