Metal Roof Installation
Metal Roof Installation in Texas
A metal roof going onto a new house, building or addition needs to be planned before any panels arrive. Metal panels often run in long lengths, so panel layout and the locations of pipes, vents and skylights need to be planned carefully before installation begins.
Which system fits depends on the project and the roof pitch. Standing seam works on a wide range of pitched roofs, stone-coated steel gives a house the look of shingle or tile, and R-panel is common on metal buildings and outbuildings.
Metal also needs the right underlayment beneath it, and on some buildings, attention to ventilation or insulation to keep condensation from forming under the panels. We'll go through those details with you along with the panel system and color before we quote.
